Fidus Investment Corporation is managed by Fidus Investment Advisors, LLC (“our investment advisor”). Our investment advisor’s principals have an average of over 20 years of experience investing in, lending to, and advising lower middle market companies across changing business and credit cycles. This experience includes senior management positions at investment banks, specialty finance companies, commercial banks, and privately and publicly held companies.
Our investment advisor’s team has built an in-depth understanding of the strategic, financial, and operational challenges and opportunities of lower middle market companies. We believe this understanding positions our investment advisor to effectively identify, assess, structure, and monitor our investments.
