Fidus Investment Corporations Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the Annual Meeting) has been adjourned in order to obtain a sufficient number of votes representing a quorum required to hold the Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting will be reconvened on June 19, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time at our New York office located at 1140 Avenue of the Americas, 21st Floor, New York, New York 10036.
